About Me

I'm Jenny, Specialist Occupational Therapist and owner of RISE: Rehab & Holistic Therapies.

My treatments are focused on helping you to get back to the things that matter most to you, after surgery or injury, whilst supporting you to enjoy a sense of wellbeing and restoration of quality of life.

In scar therapy, we work towards softness, comfort and emotional acceptance. Therapeutic massage is provided in a variety of methods, to offer time out from daily life, relaxation, and support with swelling management.  Then, through Pilates we find strength and stability, as well as improved flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

I love providing education, as well as treatments, so that you can take control of your health and wellbeing, to be the version of you that you want to be. Instagram is my go to, so give me a follow over there for updates!

I'm extremely proud of my qualifications and registrations; you'll find me on the HCPC register as an Occupational Therapist, listed on the MLD UK register and on the Restore Scar Therapy Directory. I am also a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.

**I'm really excited to announce that I am due my first baby in March 2026, and therefore will be taking maternity leave from the end of January 2026.**
