Service Description
Our 1 hour appointments can be used for any treatment you wish; scar therapy, manual lymphatic drainage or therapeutic massage (not full body).
Cancellation Policy
1. By booking an appointment you confirm that all information on the booking form is accurate at the time of completion. You confirm that Jenny cannot be held responsible for any after effects related to any information you do not disclose. 2. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, 48 hours notice is required. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, 100% of your appointment fee is required to be paid and will be taken automatically from the card you use to book your appointment should no contact be made. 3. A £40 deposit is required for all appointments, this is required to be paid online. The remaining amount of your appointment is paid in person, either via bank transfer, payment link or cash. 4. Appointments are available for all genders, with speciality in women's health. Please note, no genital/intimate assessment or massage is provided and any inappropriate behaviour or remarks will result in immediate termination of the appointment, with all fees required to be paid. 6. Precise location for the appointment, and parking information, will be provided in your reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. Please note, I am based in Norton, Stockton on Tees.
