New Client Consultation
Service Description
An initial consultation appointment is designed to undertake a comprehensive assessment, as well as provide treatment. This appointment is required for all clients. Please note, my clinic is located within a women's only gym and you enter directly into the gym. If you are concerned about this at all, please send me an email (hello@riseholisticrehab.co.uk).
Cancellation Policy
1. By booking an appointment you confirm that all information on the booking form is accurate at the time of completion. You confirm that Jenny cannot be held responsible for any after effects related to any information you do not disclose. 2. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, 48 hours notice is required. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, 100% of your appointment fee is required to be paid; no further appointments will be able to be scheduled until this is paid. 3. A £40 deposit is required for all appointments, this is required to be paid online. The remaining amount of your appointment is paid in person, either via bank transfer, payment link or cash. 4. Travel within 5 miles from TS20 is included for home visits; additional travel is charged at £25 per hour and 50p per mile. This will be added to your booking following confirmation of the appointment. 5. Appointments are available for all genders. Please note, no genital/intimate assessment or massage is provided and any inappropriate behaviour or remarks will result in immediate termination of the appointment, with all fees required to be paid. 6. Precise location for the appointment, and parking information, will be provided in your reminder email. Please note, I am based in Norton, Stockton on Tees.
